After 25 years of public service in the position as the plenipotentiary representative of the Government of the Russian Federation to the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, Mikhail Barshchevsky resumed his status as attorney and in 2026 again headed the Association.

The author of more than 30 books, including both scientific legal literature and works of fiction.
Mikhail Barshchevsky is the playwright. Artistic director of the Neformat Theater.
